Like other landing stances, the use of transitions such as skip or vanish can be used to manipulate positioning to any desired stance and takeoff type. This concept is largely unexplored, and arguably more difficult and awkward because of the landing leg and directional momentum. Even a transition like carrythrough into the master and wrap realm is likely to be somewhat difficult because of the necessary pivot which is far less natural than some others. As such, this landing is still almost exclusively used for raizes, gumbis, and sideswipes or snapus.
Update: In the clip above, 2 combinations utilizing the carrythrough concept from a semi landing are demonstrated. Arguably the transition is a bit rough, but it still demonstrates the basic concept put forth.
