A simple table to help remember some common swingthroughs, carrythroughs, and vanishes from each of the landings. Understand that not all of these transitions are equal in difficulty or practicality, nor are they the only options. This table is meant to illustrate possibilities, as well as relationships between stances and the ability to move from one landing position into seemingly unrelated tricks using different transitions.
Note that the btwist axis tricks can always be substituted for aerials, although not specifically labeled. Likewise, in place of GMS, wraps can be applied, among other possibilities. The included tricks are there purely for simplicity’s sake, and were chosen because of their minimal twisting value. This graphic is meant to teach a concept, not every possibility.
